Remakes, Returns and Refunds
We strive to deliver the best parts possible, but occasionally there may be a situation that requires a refund or remake or credit. If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, please contact our support team as soon as possible. You can email us anytime: email@example.com
100% "If you don't like it, recycle it!" guarantee
If you aren't 100% satisfied, just contact us for a full remake, credit or refund. We just ask that you recycle the old parts.
Our team will work with you to determine the best solution to get you replacement parts, store credit, or a full or partial refund. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or refund, we may ask for photographs of any damage or imperfections.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item that was damaged in handling after delivery
- Misuse or abuse
- Incorrect material selection
- Minor surface imperfections on raw materials
- Minor surface oxidation on raw materials
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your refund request is received, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-3 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
